LUCIANA German Shepherd Dog Adult Female in Richmond, Virginia

My story
Critter Cavalry Rescue would  love to introduce this beautiful German Shepherd girl named Luciana to all of you to consider helping her find a better life for herself.  This is a 6 year old Shepherd girl that is really good with other dogs, children and even cats!  She was born in Alabama and the first 5 years of her life she was in a terrible lifestyle situation that someone rescued her from.  For the past year she has been living in Tennessee in a small home with another Shepherd and mostly living outside because that is what she has always been used to.  She is scared of doorways and no one has tried to teach her they are OK.  This girl is housebroken when she does get inside the house and what we want for her is someone to really work with her on leash walks that will teach her confidence and create a bond of human to dog.   She is not worked with right now and just maintained securely and nicely but she really needs and deserves more attention than she is getting.  The rescue lady is willing to let her go to a new owner who promises to give Luciana the life she needs. The current people are willing to keep Luciana till Critter Cavalry can find the perfect home. I am potty trained.  I am very GSD typical with a touch of anxiety when I am afraid or uncertain.  Honestly a good owner that does give me time on a leash and hanging out together and training sessions would help me so much.  If you are interested please email Critter Cavalry Rescue at ccrtennessee@gmail.com   They can transport northward from Nashville, TN too!
