SHILOH's story
Shilo is a handsome male Sheltie that is head turner and at the age of 9
years old and 40 pounds, he has lost his home due to his senior mom recently
passing away. Friends of the owner worked hard to avoid taking Shilo and the
two cats to a local shelter. Critter Cavalry had a caring foster mom step
forward to help take in Shilo and the two cats. This boy has impressed the
family with his temperament and kind spirit. Shilo is a very friendly,
loving and exceptionally calm dog that has lived with cats and loves them
and he has been marvelous with the foster's multiple dogs of all sizes. He
is housebroken, leash trained, knows simple commands, and is crate trained.
As you might think he has a little arthritis that could take use a little
Glucosamine for the joints. This boy is looking for a home with a quiet environment and lots of time home with him. Shilo will not
require a lot of activity but enjoys a short walk, fun rides well in a car,
and would be a wonderful hospital or nursing home visitor where he can bring
joy. Shiloh has been fully vetted and has had a dental as well as a much
needed groom. If you think you are right for Shilo please do not hesitate
to inquire about this special boy.
