Marge's story
Marge is a beautifully shy hound dog that was rescued after her "owner" (that didn't even give her a name) dumped her at the shelter when he was done breeding her.  She has been with her foster family for several months as she was heartworm positive and had to undergo treatment.  Marge LOVES eating and hanging out in her crate, other dogs, and taking her morning walks.  She is still very shy and unsure with people, but she wants to trust and she will eventually get there.  Marge needs someone that will be gentle, patient, and not have any expectations of her.  In turn she is low maintenance and a companion to other dogs.  Marge simply needs a chance to know and experience love.
